Marie-Caroline is a designer, visual artist and a lecturer in design at HDK-Valand-Academy of Art and Design in Gothenburg, Sweden.
She has a background in architecture and child culture design, with an interest in the child's perspectives and the co-design process in the private and public space.
The body and its multi-sensory experience in relation to space is the primary focus of her work. She uses picture book, workshop and exhibition formats in conjunction with illustration, storytelling and craft to experiment and materialise her work and artistic practice.
